Bio

Mr. Robert Sarrazin joined CSW as a Partner in 2011. Prior to joining CSW Private Equity, Mr. Sarrazin worked at Charter Oak Partners, one the oldest continually operated investment companies in the US, established in 1976. Mr. Sarrazin's responsibilities at Charter Oak Partners included being Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Charter Oak International Partners, LLC, General Partner of Charter Oak Capital Partners, L.P., and Principal of Private Investments for Charter Oak Partners. Mr. Sarrazin has a longstanding track record of success in private equity since 1995, in a broad array of industry sectors including: niche manufacturing, consumer products, industrials, and financial services. Mr. Sarrazin focused on acquiring and managing controlling ownership positions in private companies, helping them achieve their full potential through the implementation of strategic plans, the enhancement of management teams and the execution of complementary acquisitions. Mr. Sarrazin's private equity investment track record and oversight responsibilities include the following companies: Brass Eagle Inc. (XTRM), Globe Tool and Manufacturing, Inc., Wollin Products, Inc., York Insurance, Stealth Medical Technologies, LLC, Orchid Orthopedics Solutions, LLC, Ross Aluminum Foundries, LLC, ITM, Texcel Medical, LLC, Circle Medical, LLC, Space Optics Research Labs, LLC, and presently sits on the Boards of Advanced Metals Machining, LLC, Berkshire Blanket and The Sqwincher Corporation. Prior to joining Charter Oak Partners, Mr. Sarrazin was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York where he was responsible for working with Private Equity Groups to analyze and execute various strategic alternatives for portfolio companies or potential acquisition targets.
