Bio

Mr. Ramos is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity investments. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Constitution Capital, he was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, Mr. Ramos worked at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Ramos began his career in the investment banking group at State Street Corporation where he focused on private placements and M&A transactions. Mr. Ramos earned his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College where he completed a double major in Economics and Engineering Sciences. Mr. Ramos is a CFA charterholder.
