Jason Byrd offers 20 years of transaction, financial management and business development experience. He has been directly involved in private investments since 2007, including nearly seven years with a Midwest based family office, Huizenga Group, and the last three years with a lower middle market investment bank, Charter Capital Partners. Jason is involved in deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of final terms of transactions for platform and add-on investments. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in corporate banking serving Midwest based middle market clients with acquisition financings and other debt financings. He has negotiated transactions and agreements supporting transactions in North America, Europe and Asia. Jason has served in a board capacity for National Heritage Academies, Association for Corporate Growth - Western Michigan and is currently an active board member for Association for Corporate Growth Global. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
