Bio

Anthony joined Compass Partners in 2005. As Chief Financial Officer and a Partner, he is responsible for all fund administrative, compliance and finance functions, LP communications and reporting as well as taking an active role in structuring investments and sales. From 2003 to July 2005, Anthony was a controller at Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co, a New York based mid-market private equity firm. He also acted as interim CFO for a portfolio company, led several due diligence investigations of potential acquisition targets and performed various special projects at portfolio companies. Previously he spent 15 years with the audit and transaction services groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers both in New York and Paris, where he provided a wide range of merger and acquisition services to both financial and strategic buyers, including business and financial due diligence, post-merger integration analysis and purchase agreement negotiation assistance. Industry experience includes manufacturing, professional services, consumer products, automotive, retail and construction in the US, Europe and Asia. Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of St John`s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
