Bio

Since Mitch joined Clairvest in 2002, his responsibilities have focused on domain research and investment origination, structuring and execution. For the past 10+ years, Mitch has led the IT Services and Rental Services practices for Clairvest. Mitch is currently on the board of two IT Services investments: Meriplex Communications and F12.net. He is also on the board of Durante Rentals, a leading independent construction equipment rental provider serving the New York metropolitan area. He had worked previously in leveraged finance for BNP Capital Markets and in corporate finance for Bank of America after beginning his career in operations management at Bloomingdale’s flagship store. Mitch earned his M.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University.
