Mr. Vetter is an Operating Partner of CenterOak focused on the Firm’s investment activities in the Industrial Growth and Business Services sectors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Shamrock Environmental and previously Vivify. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Ennis-Flint, a CenterOak team investment that became the world leader in pavement markings and traffic safety solutions. Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer of the combined company, Mr. Vetter was the control shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Flint Trading, Inc. His prior experience includes more than 25 years of owning and managing middle-market companies across a variety of industries including manufacturing and publishing. He began his business career as an accounting manager for KPMG and also served in roles as Vice President of Finance for ABC / Cap Cities Publishing Division and Vice President of Finance and Administration for a privately-held publishing firm. Mr. Vetter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed CPA. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and also serves as Chair of the Executive Board of the Rams Club, the fundraising arm for the athletics program at the University of North Carolina.
