Mr. Victor has years of financial and operating experience in both complex corporate and entrepreneurial settings. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, capital raising, financial modeling and due diligence. Prior to Carthage, Mr. Victor served as Chief of Staff and then Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Old Mutual (Bermuda) Ltd. (OMB), an investment firm catered to the international high net worth market with over $4 Billion in assets. He served as a member of the Executive Committee, where he led all strategic initiatives, worked closely with the firm’s department heads and acted as the primary representative of the President and CEO. Prior to OMB, Mr. Victor served in executive positions at Viacom and Accenture and also operated his own management consulting firm serving clients in finance, media, and real estate. Mr. Victor graduated from Brown University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance.
