Bio

Nigel is a co-founder of Cardinal Capital and a pioneer in the alternative financing sector in Ireland. Prior to founding Cardinal, Nigel co-founded the NCB Group, which grew to become one of Ireland’s largest and most successful investment firms, and was a founding shareholder and director of International Investment & Underwriting (IIU), a proprietary investment firm regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and holds memberships of the London and Dublin Stock Exchanges. Nigel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (FCSI), an FSA Registered Person and approved as a PCF by the Central Bank of Ireland and sits on the Investment Committee for the WLR Cardinal Mezzanine Finance Fund and the Cardinal Mezzanine Fund.
