Mr. Peter Kuo is a co-founder and a partner of Canyon Bridge Capital Partners. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Peter brings to the firm an expertise in managing and advising multinational companies on complex cross border transactions. During his career, Peter has been involved in more than $100 billion in acquisitions across the TMT, industrial and consumer sectors, having worked on M&A transactions with leading technology companies such as ARM, Alibaba, Google, and Texas Instruments. Prior to joining Canyon Bridge, Peter served as a managing director at Lazard, a leading financial advisory and asset management firm. He began his banking career as a technology M&A banker for Broadview International. Peter is a Fulbright Scholar who holds both a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S in foreign service from Georgetown University.
