Aaron Kirkbride is a Principal at Butterfly and is responsible for all aspects of private equity investments, including due diligence, transaction execution, and investment monitoring. He is actively involved with Butterfly’s investments in Orgain, Bolthouse Farms and Modern Restaurant Concepts. Prior to joining Butterfly, Mr. Kirkbride worked at TPG as a member of its special situations platform where he was involved in an investment into Spotify as well as the acquisition of a $1.3 billion distressed portfolio from Credit Suisse. Previously, Mr. Kirkbride worked at Moelis & Company where he was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Mr. Kirkbride graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
