Bio

Mr. Schneider directs investment strategy and overall business for Blue Springs. His prior experience was serving as a strategy professional for CNL, a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm. In this role, he served as an internal consultant, led investment research and education initiatives, and conducted ongoing training for a 40 person sales team. During his tenure there, the firm raised and invested roughly $1.5 billion of assets through its proprietary products and partnerships with KKR, CB Richard Ellis and Macquarie. Before CNL, Mr. Schneider worked for Wells Fargo, worked as an independent consultant and traded equities for a proprietary trading group. He received an MBA from Rollins College and a bachelor's in both Finance and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.
