Blake Geoffrion is a Managing Director at BHMS. As the head of business development, Blake originates investment opportunities and works closely with founders and management teams on their growth initiatives. Prior to joining BHMS, Blake was a Managing Director at BKG Capital, an investment firm specializing in the financial services sector. As a founding director at BKG Capital, Blake led its business development arm and worked with companies across their entire lifecycle from infancy to exit. Prior to BKG Capital, Blake was a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, a management consulting firm. In his role at Korn Ferry, Blake placed senior executives across multiple industries, including the sports, financial services and industrials sectors. Blake began his career as a player in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators. Blake graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was the captain of the Division I Men’s Hockey Team and won the Hobey Baker Award.
