Mr. Spring joined Bain Capital Double Impact in 2017 after having been a member of the Bain Capital Private Equity team since 2005. In his prior role, he was a Principal on the North American Private Equity team, where he focused on investments in healthcare companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Mr. Spring was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising for financial services companies. Mr. Spring received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was also co-President of the Harbus Foundation, a student-run venture philanthropy organization. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Williams College.
