Bio

Oliver joined B.P. Marsh as the Assistant Company Secretary in August 2011. Having graduated from the University of Manchester with an honours degree, he is a Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. As Assistant Company Secretary Oliver assisted the Group Company Secretary on a wide ranging scope of Company governance and legal matters. In March 2016, Oliver was appointed as a Investment Director at B.P. Marsh. He is a member of the New Business Committee and also acts as the Company’s Nominee Director on the Boards of Summa Insurance Brokerage, LEBC Holdings Limited and LEBC Group Limited.
