Bio

Juan Pablo is a founding member of Australis Partners. He has over 17 years of experience as a private equity professional in Latin America. He joined Citigroup’s Latin American team in 1999 based in New York, which became part of Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) in 2001. His investment focus has been in the Andean Region and Mexico in industries ranging from consumer, oil and gas, infrastructure and technology, among others. Juan Pablo has served as board member of various investee companies including Sundance Investment, LLC, Transportadora de Gas International (TGI) S.A. E.S.P. and Intcomex, Inc. Prior to joining CVCI, Juan Pablo was a banker in the Corporate Finance team of Citigroup in Argentina (1997-1999). Juan Pablo earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1997).
