Siegfried Jaschinski joined Augur in 2014 as a partner and member of Augur Capital’s Investment Committee. As former Chairman of the Management Board of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Siegfried has a vast expertise within the German and international banking sector and an outstanding network within the industry. Before joining Augur, Siegfried was a Board Member and partner of MainFirst Bank AG where he was responsible for, amongst other things, Capital Markets Transactions with Swiss and German Corporates. Throughout his professional career, Siegfried held a variety of supervisory and advisory board memberships with well-known international companies and associations. Among others as president of the Federal Association of Public Banks, Chairman of the Baden-Württembergische Stock Exchange Stuttgart, member of the BaFin and CEBS Advisory Board, and Supervisory Board Member of KfW. Siegfried is currently chairman of the Supervisory Board at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen. Siegfried studied business studies at the University Cologne and obtained his doctorate in history and philosophy from the University Düsseldorf.
