Gerald is the Founder and Chairman of Aurora Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Parsky served as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 1974-1977. For the next 14 years, Mr. Parsky was affiliated with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he was a Senior Partner and member of the Executive and Management Committees. Aurora, founded in 1991, has successfully invested approximately $3 billion in 35 platform investments and over 100 add-on acquisitions with strong returns driven by operational improvement from a world class group of principals and advisors. Mr. Parsky is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Law School.
