Joyce Schnoedl is a Principal of Argand. Previously, she was a Vice President of Castle Harlan, where she focused on private equity transactions across a variety of industries, including portfolio work for Gold Star Foods, Baker & Taylor, RathGibson and Perkins & Marie Callender’s. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Ms. Schnoedl was an investment professional at J.H. Whitney & Co., where she focused on investments across consumer, specialty manufacturing, healthcare and business services sectors. Previously, she worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she focused on merger advisory and financing transactions for global healthcare clients. Ms. Schnoedl is a director of Sigma Electric and is a former director of Gold Star Foods and Baker & Taylor. She graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics, and earned her M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School with first year honours.
