Joseph Del Toro is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Portfolio Operations of Argand. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, where he oversaw all aspects of the accounting and finance for a leading provider of business services that had been carved out of Pitney Bowes, Inc. Prior to joining Novitex, Mr. Del Toro was Chief Financial Officer at Undertone, where he oversaw accounting and finance, human resources and legal for a market leading and founder-led international digital advertising network. Before Mr. Del Toro was a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Topps Company, a global manufacturer and distributor of confectionery and licensed entertainment products. Mr. Del Toro’s earlier experiences include General Manager at Time Inc., Director of Finance & Acquisitions at Time Warner Inc., and Associate at both Lazard Capital Partners and H.I.G. Capital. He began his career as a Financial Analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Del Toro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Mathematics with a Concentration in Mathematics from Columbia University and holds an M.B.A. with First Year Honors from the Harvard Business School.
