Michael joined Amber’s predecessor organisation in 2002. He is an Executive Director and has over 20 years' relevant experience in the PPP/PFI industry in the U.K.; specialising in management of project design, build and operations. Michael's has wide technical experience in both Construction and FM service elements of schemes and was responsible for the establishment of INPP (formerly Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships) and Amey's SPV management business, with particular focus on accommodation-based PPP/PFI projects. Michael is responsible for the asset management side of Amber Infrastructure’s businesses. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, MSc in Construction Project Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and is also a Chartered Builder.
