Bio

Giles was a co-founder of Amber Infrastructure in 2009. He has worked on project finance and infrastructure transactions for more than 25 years and has been involved in all aspects of origination, development, management, financing of and investment into infrastructure projects. Giles contributes to Government thinking on infrastructure development and is a regular speaker and writer on infrastructure-related matters. Giles led the IPO of the FTSE 250-listed infrastructure investment company INPP in 2006 and is a Board Director. He qualified as a lawyer and studied law at Oxford University.
