Mark is a partner at Alpine and Chairman of Alpine SG, the firm’s vertical SaaS aggregation platform. Mark has been involved in 30 past and present Alpine investments, primarily in software and tech-enabled services. Prior to Alpine, Mark served as CEO of EDC, a financial technology company that was acquired in 2011. Previously, Mark served as CEO of Business Engine, a venture-backed software company that was acquired in 2007. He also worked with Accenture, Electronic Arts, and as an M&A investment banker for Broadview International based in Silicon Valley. Mark received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University where he graduated with honors as a four-year letter winner and captain of the baseball team.
