Before founding Afinum, Dr. Gernot Eisinger managed the investment business of TA Triumph-Adler AG and worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in Munich. He started his career at BASF AG, Ludwigshafen. Dr. Eisinger holds a diploma and PhD in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Economics in Vienna (AT) and later earned a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (FR), where he is still active as EIR (Entrepreneur In Residence) and adjunct Professor. His private equity career Dr. Gernot Eisinger started in 1995.
