Joined Access in September 1999.29 years of experience in private assets. Previously fund of funds manager for the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg. Spent 6 years at the European Commission in Brussels specializing in R&D funding and seed capital for SMEs; 2 years as small business consultant (Technofi, France). Sits on various funds’ advisory committees in Europe. Philippe holds a degree in Finance, Business and Administration from ESC Marseille.
