Wolfgang Zürcher specializes in venture capital, private equity, corporate acquisitions and capital markets law, in particular equity placements / private placements, IPOs and public takeovers. He also advises investors, investment clubs and various private equity funds with regard to structure, capital raising and investments and also provides notarial services. Wolfgang Zürcher is a recognized representative on the SIX Swiss Exchange. He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences in the areas of private equity and capital market law. Prior to joining Wenger & Vieli Ltd., he was an assistant to the Chair of Corporate and Banking Law at the University of Zurich and worked for one year in a law firm in the USA.
