Fabio Capezzone has considerable experience in tax and corporate law obtained in leading accountancy and law firms and has obtained wideranging experience in the legal audit of the accounts holding numerous appointments both as member of boards of statutory auditors and as sole auditor. He manages and advises large and medium-sized companies, both Italian and foreign, also nonprofit ones and in the hotel area. He has gained considerable experience in international taxation, extraordinary operations and tax litigation.
