Gaëlle Quillivic has two fields of expertise. She works in M&A and LBO transactions and in Senior and Mezzanine Acquisition Financing. She has taken part in a number of mid-market transactions, such as the takeover of Planet Sushi, the merger of Deskom with Cegedim, the senior debt refinancing of Européenne des Desserts and the Occitane Group transaction. Before joining LL Berg in 2009, Gaëlle Quillivic developed her Private Equity & Financing expertise at Ayache Salama & Associés. She is a graduate of the ESSEC business school.
