Oscar is a finance partner. Oscar advises on and supervises financing transactions in a broad sense, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate (re)financings and restructurings. He gained wide experience at Loyens Loeff and NautaDutilh and worked at Rabobank. Oscar aims for practical solutions. In negotiations, he works on the principle 'deal if you can, fight if you have to.' With his broad experience at both sides of the table, he knows how to make a difference: “The aim is always to achieve that bank and borrower look with confidence to their future partnership.” Oscar finished the specialised Grotius programmes Corporate Law and Business Law and a specialised course Financing and Collateral with honours.
