Bio

Tyler Havey is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Insurance Group. Mr. Havey concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters, including prosecuting and defending first and third party insurance coverage claims and defending products liability and construction catastrophe actions. He also has experience handling a variety of other commercial litigation matters, such as profit share and agency disputes, reinsurance arbitrations, premises security liability, First Amendment, and will contests and related probate disputes. He regularly represents insurers, product manufacturers, and contractors. Mr. Havey has served as an executive board member of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, and as member of the board of directors for the Main Line Art Center.
