Justine Connors is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial practice for both private and publicly-held companies. Working on a variety of transactions, Justine assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private placements, other debt and equity financings and go-public transactions. Justine also has experience advising clients in connection with Canadian securities law and stock exchange requirements. In 2017, Justine was seconded to Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited as Legal Counsel, where she drafted and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements and advised various business units on a variety of legal matters, including with respect to acquisitions. Justine summered and articled with the firm. As a summer student, Justine was seconded to Barrick Gold Corporation.
