J. D. Weinberg leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. J. D. regularly represents companies across a wide array of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, consumer products, and industrials. J. D. is a member of the Committee on Mergers, Acquisitions and Proxy Contests of the New York City Bar Association. He serves on the advisory board of Young New Yorkers, which runs arts-based diversion programs to court-involved young people in New York City. J. D. has been consistently recognized as a leading M&A lawyer by Chambers USA, Legal 500 US, and New York Super Lawyers.
