Chris’s practice emphasizes corporate and general business law, intellectual property, and business acquisitions and transactions. Chris specializes in corporate acquisitions for closely held companies. Much of his time is dedicated to working with large, complex, multi-national firms. He also enjoys helping the start-up business. Chris brings a multidisciplinary approach to his corporate transactional practice. He has earned recognition for his corporate practice from Chambers & Partners and from Best Lawyers in America and has passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
