Farhan Kasbati is the Chief Financial Officer at ZT Corporate, a prominent private equity firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. His remarkable journey led him to assume the position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Saudi Aramco, where he played a pivotal role in orchestrating landmark transactions, including the historic Saudi Aramco IPO—the largest ever public offering. Farhan is distinguished by his professional credentials, holding the esteemed designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His academic journey culminated with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), solidifying his foundation in business management and finance.
