Christopher Layden Bio

Mr. Layden co-founded York Street in June 2002. Mr. Layden is currently an observer to the Boards of The Service Companies, Inc., World Health Club, Inc., Performance Bicycle, Inc., Sunshine Restaurant, LLC., Targus Group International, Lexington Furniture Industries, Inc., Powermate Corporation and River Ranch Fresh Foods, LLC. He also served as an observer to the Boards of Prestige Brands, Neptune Technology Group and Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. Previously, Mr. Layden held various positions with AT&T Capital, Newcourt Capital, CIT and Reuben H. Donnelley. Mr. Layden received a B.A. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University.
