Neel Mayenkar Bio

Neel Mayenkar joined Wynnchurch in July 2006 after working in the investment banking group at the Chicago offices of Houlihan Lokey, and at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a tax consultant. Neel’s experience includes a wide range of private equity investments, including transactions involving corporate carve-outs, management-led buyouts, growth investments and recapitalizations, operational and strategic turnarounds, restructurings, and other special situations.
