Walker Vann Bio

Walker Vann is a Vice President at WSC & Company and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s search fund activities, inclusive of the search, acquisition, and operation phases. Prior to joining WSC & Company, Walker served as an investment banking analyst with the Technology, Media, and Communications and Defense, Aerospace, and Government Services (Tech and Defense) Group at Regions Securities. The Regions Tech and Defense Group’s core clients are middle-market private equity portfolio companies. Walker supported advisory services, syndicated financing, and capital raising efforts in collaboration with mid and senior-level bankers. Prior to Regions Securities, Walker served as an associate with KPMG’s Valuation Services Group, providing purchase price allocation analysis, goodwill impairment analysis, business valuations, and debt and equity valuations to middle market clients. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
