Katrina Wagner Bio

Katrina joined in 2020 and is responsible for managing the legal aspects of the operations of Westbridge Capital, with a specific focus on M&A transactions, financing, and governance matters. Prior to joining Westbridge Capital, Katrina worked for one of the leading law firms in the Province of Saskatchewan for 8 years as a corporate commercial associate where she advised small, medium, and large companies through all stages of their business cycle and practised extensively in M&A transactions.
