Frances Higgins Bio

Ms. Higgins is a General Partner in the Fundraising and Investor Relations Group, having joined WCAS in 2007. Ms. Higgins is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with investors and fundraising for WCAS Partnerships. She also focuses on WCAS's Limited Partner communications.
