Przemek Danowski Bio

Przemek joined the WEG team in 2009 and has been a board member since 2015. Prior to joining WEG, he worked at Trigon Group from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for various M&A and IPO projects – focusing mainly on the high tech and media industries. Przemek holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He has also passed a Level III CFA exam issued by the CFA Institute. Przemek's day to day: Przemek is responsible for developing the organization’s investment strategy as well as providing support to businesses in the company portfolio. His main focus is to increase the value of the WEG portfolio – with 10+ investments in tech companies, numerous M&As as well as IPOs under his belt. He also serves on the supervisory boards of Baltchem, Contec, PKG , Vigo Photonics.
