Julie Szafraniec Bio

Ms. Szafraniec is accountable for optimizing the integration of the Human Resources function at the time of acquisition into Warren Equity Partners’ portfolio. She is also accountable for driving talent initiatives that create sustainable human resources capabilities across the portfolio to ensure that talent management, talent acquisition and organization effectiveness align to the strategic objectives of each portfolio company. Ms. Szafraniec has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, with roles of increasing scope and leadership, primarily with Honeywell and ITW. Ms. Szafraniec earned her B.A. in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
