Mr. Hoeft is responsible for leading and managing the Warren Equity Partners Management Company and corporate accounting function. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Hoeft was Vice President of Finance at Simulations Plus, Inc., where he directed key financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and developed dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making. Mr. Hoeft earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of Richmond. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and a CFA charterholder.
