Tara O'Neill Bio

Tara O’Neill is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Warburg Pincus Capital Corporation I-A and I-B, the firm’s Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. Mrs. O’Neill is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 1999, and leads the firm’s global special purpose entity operations, and coordinates the activities of our offices in Luxembourg, Amsterdam, and Mauritius in order to facilitate complex international investments. Mrs. O’Neill has over 25 years of experience in the field of accounting, and finance. Before joining Warburg Pincus, she was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in financial services clients. Mrs. O’Neill holds a BS from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
