Dr. Dyster has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the biotechnology field. She is a founder of Codon Diagnostics, Agency nd Kinex Pharmaceuticals and has served on innumerous industry related boards including The New York Biotechnology Association. The Health Care Industry Alliance, Agency and CH3 Biosystems. She is the recipient of the Maurice Walters Mardi Washington and Jefferson College and The Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Buffalo. Her expertise is in the formation and management of startups and the development of diagnostic and biopharmaceutical products and has had extensive experience working with global regulatory agencies. She has raised more than $100M through Private Placements for the companies that she has founded. She is active in community organizations and serves on the Board of Trustees at Washington and Jefferson College. Dr. Dyster received a MBA Washington and Jefferson College and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine. license, and working with a prominent owner and developer as well. Mr. Rogers is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University.
