Daniel Hallberg Bio

Daniel has 9 years of experience from private equity, expansion capital and strategy consulting. He has served on numerous boards in the Nordic region and developed companies in various industries like IT, software, consumer products and services as well as construction. Before joining VIA equity in 2014, Daniel spent 7 years with private equity fund Scope Capital based in Stockholm developing Nordic based companies. Prior to that he worked for Booz & Co in Stockholm as a strategy consultant within due diligence, operational improvements and strategy. Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology as well as an M.Sc. in Economics from Lund School of Economics. In addition Daniel has attended the Swedish Defense Language Institute in Uppsala, specializing in the Russian language.
