Olaf Nordmeyer Bio

Olaf is a Partner and a founding member of Vesper Infrastructure Partners. Olaf was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he was the Global Co-head of Infrastructure. He has over 21 years of experience in the infrastructure space with a specific focus on energy, utilities and transportation. Olaf has acted as advisor in over 50 transactions with a combined enterprise value of about USD150bn. He has most recently been involved in several relevant value add infrastructure exits and acquisitions like: WSIP’s take-private of Adapteo, the IPO of Salik, Blackrock’s and WSIP’s take-private of Calisen, KKR’s and OTPP’s acquisition of a control stake in Caruna, the acquisition and sale of Elenia. Olaf holds a Diplome de Grande Ecole de Gestion and a Diplomkaufmann from ESCP-EAP.
