Justin Magner Bio

Justin Magner is a Vice President on the Credit Team at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Justin was a Director at TD Cowen, where he focused on analyzing and evaluating credit opportunities and advising on special situations. Previously, he worked as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group, focusing on bankruptcies, restructurings, and financings. Justin holds a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, and an M.B.A., with honors (Beta Gamma Sigma), from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
