Joseph Dimberio Bio

Joe Dimberio has been directly involved with middle market lending and private equity for most of his career. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the Firm’s investment activities. Mr. Dimberio serves on the Twin Bridge Investment Committee. Mr. Dimberio was formerly a Senior Partner of PPM America Capital Partners, where he led investments in both funds and co-investments. Prior to PPM America, he worked for Heller Financial, underwriting debt investments in sponsored leveraged buyouts. Mr. Dimberio started his career with Citicorp Diners Club. Mr. Dimberio has served on many boards of directors. He is currently on the advisory boards of New Harbor Capital Fund II & III, CIVC Funds V & VI, Juggernaut Capital Partners Fund III, Union Capital Partners Fund II, as well as Carousel Capital Partners Funds III & IV. V & VI. He is also a board member of HFS Chicago Scholars and the Chicago Women’s Care Center. Mr. Dimberio received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and graduated with a BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
