Joyce Xu Bio

Joyce Xu is a Director in Legal & Compliance Department. She provides professional legal and compliance support on CITIC Capital's investment and fund management in China. Prior to joining us in 2016, Ms. Xu worked at T & C (Shanghai) Law Firm as an Associate. Prior to that, she worked at AllBright Law Offices as Paralegal. Ms. Xu obtained her Master of Commercial Law from The University of Bristol and Bachelor of International Economic Law from Shanghai International Studies University.
