Jared Reyes Bio

Jared is a Vice President at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Prior to attending business school, Jared was an Associate at Trive. Before joining Trive, Jared was an Associate at Rockland Capital, a private equity firm focused on the energy sector. Previously, Jared worked as an Analyst for Jefferies & Company in their Restructuring & Recapitalization Group. While at Jefferies, Jared was involved with a variety of transactions within the group, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Jared received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
