Louis d'Estienne d'Orves Bio

Louis d’Estienne d’Orves joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and currently serves as Head of Asia-Pacific. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of IREIT Global, the first Singapore-listed Real Estate Investment Trust with a Europe-focused mandate, and a subsidiary of Tikehau Capital and City Developments Limited. He has over 17 years of experience in European real estate investments. His responsibilities included sourcing and executing deals across Europe across all asset classes, securing external debt financing and raising capital for co-investment opportunities and funds. Louis started his career at AXA IM Alts (previously known as AXA Real Estate Investment Manager) in 2008 in London as an analyst. He then assumed various roles in Paris and Cologne across the Investment and Corporate Finance teams, before co-heading their European Transaction Special Situations team in London in 2017.
